What does SEBA mean?

The Secondary Board of Education was established on 14 March 1962 to provide the full support and development of secondary education in Assam. Initially, the jurisdiction of S.E.B.A. It comprises different states like Mizoram, Tripura, Manipur, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh, and many other states.

But later, the S.E.B.A. got separated, and the unique board was formed, known as the Board of Secondary Education, Assam. After its constitution, the board started conducting the 11 years H.S.S.L.C. Examination.
